Andover Alliance Safe Place Plan
Andover Alliance Church has adopted a Safe Place Plan.
The complete plan is available for members to view on the Forms and Documents page located under the Info tab.
A brief overview of the plan (will be) available by clicking on the PDF file here.
Our Safe Place Plan document is available
Although we are a small church, we want to do everything we can to provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for all that attend Andover Alliance. A copy of our Safe Place Plan is available, as well as copies of many of the forms and guidelines. Contact one of the Elders if you would like more information.
Planning Committee
The Governing Board has formed a Vision Committee to look at future planning. The Governing Board changed the name to the Planning Committee with more emphasis on current events planning. The Committee will prayerfully seek God's direction for our church in the area of ministry, outreach, and physical needs. If you have any thoughts to share, contact Pastor Barner or Neil Brewster, chairman of the committee. The long range planning has been turned over to the Elders.
Allegany County Prayer Services
Several churches throughout Allegany County host a prayer service where we lift up general and specific needs of Allegany County. For more information, call the Andover Alliance Church. As known, the Prayer Service will be listed on the Church calendar.
In addition, the Journey to Discovery Prayer Services meets regularly (twice a month). Refer to the Sunday bulletin for details.

Baptism
2018 - A beautiful Sunday afternoon. Following a church pot luck dinner at Kanakadea Park, we gathered at the water's edge to witness the baptism of Kaleb and Makaila.
2016 - We gathered at Kanakadea Park on a warm August afternoon for our annual baptism service and potluck picnic. Keith and Cody were baptized. It was a rainy day, but God cleared the rain for the period of time we spent at the park.
2015 - Sunday afternoon, August 23rd was a beautiful warm sunny day. Following morning worship service, the church family gathered at Kanakadea Park for a potluck picnic and a baptismal service. Carol, Bob and Joe each shared a testimony of what Jesus and baptism means to them. It was a great afternoon. Although several of the church family were enjoying summer vacations, over 35 attended.
